RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Recruitment procedure at hope is very efficient. On receipt of the original demands and documents from the client, interviews will be organized within 15 working days.

Advertisement and Interview
On receipt of the documents from you we will get permission from POE to advertise and to conduct Interview
Interview Process
Advertising in daily newspapers (Whenever needed).Pre-screening of all suitable candidates
Final interview of candidates by the client or by us and conducting trade tests where ever applicable.
Medical Check-up
All the selected candidates will be sent for medical fitness check-up to the authorized medical centers.
Visa process
Only the visas for candidates who are selected, medically fit and available for travel will be processed.
Mobilization
On receipt of the visas we will send the candidates within 15 working days. As for Saudi Arabia, the candidates will be sent within 20 working days on receipt of visa.
